Home sales and prices were down for West Haven in January

West Haven Utah Real Estate Home Sales fell sharply by nearly 10 percent during the month of January over the same period of time last year. West Haven Utah home sales were struggling to come back upward as it was dropped most of the time the previous year. It was started in the second month of 2009 where in home sales were down by 7.69 percent, followed by the worst home sales months of October and November by 43.75 percent and last month by 9.09 percent. The number of homes sold in January were 10, three homes ahead of what were sold in December 2009 and four homes less comapared with November home sales.
Active Homes in the market for West Haven Utah Real Estate were moving much better that spent for 127 days compared of what it was last month that took a home to be sold for about 184 days and prior to this year was the slowest movement of home sold recorded since 2006 averaging 324 days in the market.
