Topic: Found a Bug? / All my Friends don't Show up Where do you see that you have more than 23 friends? The friends count only counts the number of friends that have ‘accepted’ your friend request. Let me know…just trying to see where the discrepancy is. Thanks! |

Topic: Feature Request / Larger Area Search The 20 mile radius seems a little narrow for some regions (espically right now) There may be other areas rural or farming towns where 20 is not enough. from 20 maybe bump to 50 then to 100. |

Topic: Found a Bug? / HTML Supported Tags and Fields The HTML support is not the same through out the site. In the Services Tab of the profile HTML is not supportes in the Public Profile “Services” Tab. The same info is used to populate the about me email flyer in which HTML is supported. Can we get HTML support in both of these places, or can we get a different box for information to populate the flyer? |

Topic: Found a Bug? / Friend Request Failed on Users Page Thanks Pat – I did the simple trouble shoot on my end and tried the site with a few different browsers. Firefox is my primary, switched to IE7,Chrome,Oprea same issue. Have the enginieers try to add 50-100 friends and see what that does. |

Topic: Support / HTML Supported Tags and Fields actually, the best way to answer this is that we only advise using HTML on the blog section…and you can really use any HTML you’d like (let us know if you find any HTML that you find isn’t supported). the reason is because it’s generally not advisable to let users put HTML in input fields as this sometimes leads to vulnerabilities such as cross-site scripting (xss). hope this helps! |

Topic: Feature Request / Groups - Thredable Topics Again agree! Our first iteration of this is more like a “wall”. When user’s start becoming more active in these groups…having threaded messaging supporting “topics” will definitely be a priority. |

Topic: Feature Request / Profile Layout Yes, I totally agree! In the future, we will work on making these profiles more customizable…giving users ability to hide certain tabs, features, etc. The reason we decided to give users tabs is because we want to show users that we’re not just giving them a web page, but a web site (like facebook), where visitors can click on things to find more info about that user. Some other services put all the user’s profile information on 1 single page…but we feel this turns off many visitors because singular pages are mostly confusing. |
